SIPPclub Terms Of Use

SIPPclub Terms Of Use

Here Are Details Of Our Terms Of Use

SIPPclub neither advises on nor recommends specific investments or strategies. Our role is to enable SIPPclub members to make informed decisions through the provision of information, and by referral to independent pension advisers, SIPP and SSAS operators, and lending and investment promoters.

You should always undertake your own independent due diligence before making any investment decisions

Any investment featured on SIPPclub will have been through appropriate due diligence by one or more independent SIPP or SSAS operators to enable it to be included in their self-invested pensions. SIPPclub does not carry out due diligence on any investment to a sufficient level that can be relied upon by either SIPP or SSAS operators, or investors.

If you require advice about any products marketed through, then you should seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser qualified to give advice on such investments. Do not invest unless you have carefully thought about whether you can afford it and whether it is right for you and if necessary consult with a professional adviser in accordance with the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. These products are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority or covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, which means you will not have access to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

SIPP and SSAS self-invested pensions are only suitable for individuals that take an active interest in their investments and have the time available to do this on a regular basis. Ordinarily, these individuals are professional investors or high net worth individuals with certified market sophistication which enables them to understand the risks.

The value of any investments can go down as well as up and you might not get back what you put in. You may have difficulty selling any investment at a reasonable price and in some circumstances it might be difficult to sell at any price.

The information on is intended to give you a general overview of what investment promoters do and what are reasonably believed to be potential investment opportunities. Information is provided as a guide only and is subject to change without prior notice and does not form part of any contract. Whilst every effort has been made to check the accuracy of the statements and historical data provided on, it is possible there may be errors and omissions. SIPPclub does not accept liability for errors, omissions or future changes.

AJ Bell Is Often The Best Value SIPP For Stockmarket Assets

That's our opinion.  Not just because AJ Bell was the first company to offer an online SIPP.  Nor that it's received many prestigious awards.  And not even because the wife of SIPPclub's Founder has an AJ Bell SIPP.  It's because it's one of the most competitive stockmarket SIPPs on the market.

Over time, charges can wipe out a huge part of your fund.  We like AJ Bell because there are no set-up costs.  If you hold passive funds, which is our preference, or shares, investment trusts, EFTs, gilts or bonds, you pay one small fixed fee no matter how large your fund.  And when you come to draw your benefits either as occasional drawdown or UFPLS payments, there's a small charge for the whole year no matter how many times you access your money (many SIPP and SSAS providers charge more than this for each payment).  However, you should always compare charges in detail, because AJ Bell could be more expensive than other providers, depending on the type of stockmarket assets you hold.

As SIPPclub neither advises on, nor arranges, nor recommends specific investments or strategies, we're unable to say whether a SIPP or SSAS or any investment within it is right for you. Ultimately, it’s your money and your decision, and you should only proceed once you're satisfied you've undertaken sufficient due diligence. If you need advice, you should speak to your trusted adviser, or you could find a local adviser from  Alternatively, we'd be pleased to introduce to a suitably qualified independent financial adviser.
