About Lawbite

Lawbite was founded in 2011 by Clive Rich, a barrister and professional negotiator. Clive recognised a need for businesses to have more affordable, more understandable and more accessible access to legal services. Lawbite's aim is simple.

By writing contracts in plain English, making them no longer than absolutely necessary, and by using an online platform, Lawbite can save you time and money.  Lawbite is helping more people to access the law, and the protection it provides, often at a fraction of the cost of traditional law firms.

Lawbite enables you to draft, share and get legal advice on legal documents or simply get answers and advice on legal problems. Lawbite also offers negotiation support and advice, provides impartial trained mediators to help resolve disputes, and offers a full arbitration service where disputes cannot be settled by mediation.

Lawbite is a team of Lawyers, Negotiators and Technical Support professionals dedicated to making legal documents more understandable and to providing easier and more affordable access to the law.

What Lawbite Customers Have To Say

I had a contract I was about to sign and then I saw Lawbite’s great offer. I'm glad I did as I'm very happy with the amendments made. I'll be coming back to Lawbite again for the next contract I need looking over.
John Harper, Moodmap Ltd
I'm very impressed by the clarity of language in documents and editing was very easy.
David Cushman, David Cushman Consulting
I found the site very simple, clear and straightforward to use. It was easy to edit and quick to share documents with users.
Barbara Uzodinma, Law and Enterprise
I love the fact that Lawbite empowers the entrepreneur to take control of contracts. Because you can do it yourself, it saves a huge amount of time AND money.
Jack Brough, Digital Creators
It is a bonus that documents can be reviewed by a legal expert before they are sent out - any mistakes can be removed and perfected.

AJ Bell Is Often The Best Value SIPP For Stockmarket Assets

That's our opinion.  Not just because AJ Bell was the first company to offer an online SIPP.  Nor that it's received many prestigious awards.  And not even because the wife of SIPPclub's Founder has an AJ Bell SIPP.  It's because it's one of the most competitive stockmarket SIPPs on the market.

Over time, charges can wipe out a huge part of your fund.  We like AJ Bell because there are no set-up costs.  If you hold passive funds, which is our preference, or shares, investment trusts, EFTs, gilts or bonds, you pay one small fixed fee no matter how large your fund.  And when you come to draw your benefits either as occasional drawdown or UFPLS payments, there's a small charge for the whole year no matter how many times you access your money (many SIPP and SSAS providers charge more than this for each payment).  However, you should always compare charges in detail, because AJ Bell could be more expensive than other providers, depending on the type of stockmarket assets you hold.

As SIPPclub neither advises on, nor arranges, nor recommends specific investments or strategies, we're unable to say whether a SIPP or SSAS or any investment within it is right for you. Ultimately, it’s your money and your decision, and you should only proceed once you're satisfied you've undertaken sufficient due diligence. If you need advice, you should speak to your trusted adviser, or you could find a local adviser from  Alternatively, we'd be pleased to introduce to a suitably qualified independent financial adviser.
